20-Day Return Policy
We offer you an extended 20-day return window after receiving your order. To initiate a return, please email our concierge team at cierge@marguet-paris.com
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to our creations, which are all individually tailor-made. Returns are therefore only possible in the rare case of damage, defect, or error, and not for change of mind or custom specifications.
Examples of what qualifies for a return
Damaged: the product has been harmed during shipping or delivery.
Defective: the product does not meet our quality standards.
Error: an order mistake on our side, such as the wrong color or model.
Damages and Issues
We kindly ask you to inspect your parcel carefully upon delivery. If the package is damaged, it is your responsibility to notify the carrier immediately and to issue the necessary reservations on the delivery slip. Without such reservations, we will unfortunately be unable to accept a return, exchange, or refund.
Should you notice any defect, damage, or error once the parcel is opened, please contact our concierge team immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Procedure
If your request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and full instructions. Please note that items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted. Returned items must be in the same pristine condition as received: unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive your preferred product is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, our concierge team will notify you of our decision. If the return is validated, we will either arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow for normal processing times by your bank or credit card provider.
