Shipping & refunds
Lead Time:
Each of our products is made to order in our workshop in Besançon, France, by the most skilled artisans. Production takes 5 business days before shipping, except for personalized products, which may require up to 7 additional business days.
Free worldwide Shipping with DHL
Express:
- EU countries: delivery takes 1 to 2 days on average,
- Non-EU countries: delivery takes 2 to 5 days on average.
- Customs clearance times upon arrival in the U.S. may vary for items subject to
CITES regulations (such as alligator or python leather items).
- Custom duties and taxes are not included and must be paid by non-EU customers
in accordance with the import country’s laws and regulations.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. In this case, you will
receive an immediate refund to your original payment method.
Since each product is made to order, only damaged, defective, or incorrect items can be returned. You have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return by emailing us at service@marnelo.com.
The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. If eligible, we will offer you a refund or an exchange at your convenience and, of course, cover the return shipping costs.
